Tenant screening is a process used primarily by residential landlords and property managers to evaluate prospective tenants. The purpose is to assess the likelihood the tenant will fulfill the terms of the lease or rental agreement and will also take great care of the rental property in question. The process culminates in a decision as to whether to approve the applicant, approve the applicant conditionally (such as requiring an increased deposit or cosigner) or deny tenancy.

Tiny rental houses & glampers to suit budget vacations!
I admire at these glampers. Eco-friendly and budget gracing. Rather than spending at cottages and beach houses, I would say tiny rental houses save lot much trouble. Campers could turn amazing glampers too, but it’s nice to stay in a hospitality-free, budget-friendly vacation rentals.
Going back to the days of summer camps, it’s so charming to stay in a backyard” treehouse-turned-tiny rental house”.
Ovida’s tiny kitchen turned treehouse – A vacation in the woods; it looks a little bigger than glampers; I would call it a luxury glamping, and it fits well. A Getaway House/tiny rental house available at two hours of drive from Boston—Let me tell you what’s worthy of raving about it: It has an eco-friendly toilet, which serves as compost pit.
If I’m going to be its lodger, I would be paying about $99 per night! Kitchenette within a kitchen teamed with a burner.
Play-house like tiny rental home – Would’ve been children’s playhouse once! Erin Gentry was creative enough to remodel it with a keen makeover. Decked up with a kitchenette, eco-friendly shower and toilet, the backyard of 1928 vintage bungalow turned out to be a hit within bubble like time.
Guests pay $100 per night. And it makes an amazing tiny rental home in Austin. Not to forget the pictures on instagram!
Zen-inspired glamper – Built like the one on Scottish highlands, it keeps attracting campers. A tiny glamper that makes a comfortable tiny rental house!
These aren’t over yet!
Planning for my kind of tiny rental house to suit my vacation…
They could be a bit remote from attractions, but they offer fresh memories of coziness and sharing!

5 things every lease agreement means to be!
One liner for lease agreement – keywords made of figures, span and eviction policies.
I think it’s totally elementary for a person to lookout for certain things in a lease agreement.
Individual/Group tenancy agreement
Moving in with more than 3 people and still asked to sign a group tenancy agreement. Something that cannot be taken for granted. While negotiating occupancy rules, asking for individual tenancy agreement is the first ever thing one should be concerned. Hmm…the fellow vanishes in the mid year, and I paying a ransom for his sake? Nah!! I’m not up for being swapped as baits.
(A tenant in your shoes, I’d go for “Individual tenancy agreement” for sure. Nobody could be damned Cinderella being counted for the deeds of her sorority sisters).
Pet friendly apartments
People have their pet peeves. But, it’s decoded by the landlord in his lease contract. One would never miss out on this part. A pet is a family, and cannot be taken for granted, It should be lying somewhere in between the lease agreement. Not just figurative, but for real!
Rent, rent arrears, late fee
In case, there’s an arrear, what would be the late fee? Do they adhere to state regulations in terms of percentage in rental increase? Also a check on security deposits and it should mentioned right there. Economy is unpredictable and the span of grace period is supposed to be checked.
Occupancy rules
How many of them?
Who’s in charge of collecting the rent from housemates?
Number of sleepovers per month
(Without waking up the entire neighborhood)
Unexpected guests staying for a week
Eviction policies
Parking space
Addition of housemates allowed
Smoking and liquor
Common area cleaning
Renter’s insurance
Maintenance/repairs
Who’s going to fix the oven and internet cable? Would the tenants get reimbursement, if they take care of repairs?
Not all rental apartments come with refrigerator and internet connection.

Décor Ideas for your Home
Minimalism to tropical rainforest would be the theme this winter.
Here come cheap décor tricks to turn your space into a tropical paradise.
A medley of diffused light and darkness
Underplay of light and darkness drapes the living room with the color of medieval Tropical villa. Vaulted ceilings embrace the space with the touch of Saint Kitts Island.
Beige walls, tropical pot plants, and natural rugs are good enough for budget tropical home décor.
Walking into any of the thrift shops, we would be able to find a used vintage French Gilt mirror. Images of natural fiber lampshades on such mirrors trigger the climate you’re vying for.
Florida-styled bedroom
You enter the house with snowflakes falling off from your trench coat. By the time you enter the bedroom, you feel the quirky warmth spreading into your ears.
Neutral walls, jute accessories, and bright foliage create a Florida-styled ambience.
When we say ‘tropicalling’ a home in the US, there go some potted rainforest plants. Not costing an arm and a leg, they unleash the wildness of cheap tropical home décor hacks.
Pot-plants loving moist and sun
Your space looks absolutely a Tropical paradise when it’s decked with leafy friends.Trusted into a pair of hands that’s good at handling heat and moist they bloom at any point of the year.
Elephant’s Ear – Sprouting from underground dorms, they show-stop as a real tropical home décor.Large ears like leaves with patches of bottle green and purple survive when pruned under shade.
Like the rest of its tropical potted clan, it loves to be on a wet bed.
You don’t have to wait for spring to find them blooming. Being in love with the sun and moist for decades, indoor tropical plants bloom till the very time they’re pruned.
Even their price tags are quite attractive.
One cannot turn as rugged as old China! After all, it’s the cozy tropical home décor they’re going to wake up to.

High-rent locales in Bay Area
Budget for the month : Groceries - $500
Milk…buzz! Living fair like damsel in distress is a trance in the low-rent districts of San Francisco’s Bay Area. Tagged as high-rent locales in Bay Area, I couldn’t imagine a livelihood without scary figures. Savings? Sigh L Unless one’s a yuppie, she wouldn’t be found around the expensive neighborhoods of Panhandle. Luscious meadows come with six digit paycheck or a high-end profession.
Potrero Hill - View of skylines @ $4,195:
Able to afford such a chunky rent? Then, why to forgo the luxury of off-road parking? Orange sunset gleaming on San Francisco Bay is such a sight. Renters living in such an expensive community would find it worth to pay high-end figures. Elevations of Eastern Hills are the center stage that makes room for classy musical concerts and subtle neighborhood.
Hmm-Mmm, this is the average monthly rental for 2 bedroom apartment in inner city.
South Beach – Miami shores starts from $ 4,200
Cheaper is not the word, but it’s how one would stop themselves from going AWE! Better than Dogpatch in their insight. Saving monthly rental by a big $100 without giving up on sunny neighborhood! A perfect place for BBQ fanatics – Night life and surfing boards on the coastlines of Miami keeps luring the fans of posh living.
Panhandle – Lush, poised atmosphere @ $4,170
A fan of green covers, who doesn’t mind spending a little higher on the rental side? This is the place then! Traditional cafes add to its poised beauty. Cycling in such a quiet community is a wonderful thing a resident would do. Access to public transport and quite recreations make Panhandle an expensive neighborhood in Bay Area.
Seems like good to go for the people who shop in opulence, rather than shopping for the purpose. Expats give up on the luxurious part, we call as ‘privacy’.
How much would be going into their piggy banks?
