Budget for the month : Groceries - $500
Milk…buzz! Living fair like damsel in distress is a trance in the low-rent districts of San Francisco’s Bay Area. Tagged as high-rent locales in Bay Area, I couldn’t imagine a livelihood without scary figures. Savings? Sigh L Unless one’s a yuppie, she wouldn’t be found around the expensive neighborhoods of Panhandle. Luscious meadows come with six digit paycheck or a high-end profession.
Potrero Hill - View of skylines @ $4,195:
Able to afford such a chunky rent? Then, why to forgo the luxury of off-road parking? Orange sunset gleaming on San Francisco Bay is such a sight. Renters living in such an expensive community would find it worth to pay high-end figures. Elevations of Eastern Hills are the center stage that makes room for classy musical concerts and subtle neighborhood.
Hmm-Mmm, this is the average monthly rental for 2 bedroom apartment in inner city.
South Beach – Miami shores starts from $ 4,200
Cheaper is not the word, but it’s how one would stop themselves from going AWE! Better than Dogpatch in their insight. Saving monthly rental by a big $100 without giving up on sunny neighborhood! A perfect place for BBQ fanatics – Night life and surfing boards on the coastlines of Miami keeps luring the fans of posh living.
Panhandle – Lush, poised atmosphere @ $4,170
A fan of green covers, who doesn’t mind spending a little higher on the rental side? This is the place then! Traditional cafes add to its poised beauty. Cycling in such a quiet community is a wonderful thing a resident would do. Access to public transport and quite recreations make Panhandle an expensive neighborhood in Bay Area.
Seems like good to go for the people who shop in opulence, rather than shopping for the purpose. Expats give up on the luxurious part, we call as ‘privacy’.
How much would be going into their piggy banks?
There are lot of apartments and houses for rent in bay area
